Good location...bigger room size compare to other hotel at the same price. breakfast is ok

Room cleanliness need major improvement, dusty carpet, black stain on bed sheet, i even found human hair left over at bathroom drain didn't being cleaned up by house keeping.

I love the humongous REAL window!!! There were many TV channels we could choose. There was Kiblat direction sign in the room... Woohoo!!!

I didn't like the bathroom. It should have a door so the water didn't come out from the shower place. I also didn't like the "door decoration" thingy in the room... It makes me feel uncomfortable and unsafe during my stays. The wall between the rooms was too thin. We could hear our neighbors talking. Less privacy. Sound proof for walls is a must! I couldn't find the hidden night lamp button until the last minutes of my stays. It could be handy if it's connected to one of the switches.

The room was big enough for a budget hotel. The mall is next to the hotel, easy to find food and stuff.

Our room side by side with the mall and our room not soundproof. So, in 4 days for our stay, we found that more than 3 school had a farewell party in the food court hall next to our room window, too noisy.

Location is very strategist since it attached ti Metro Indah Mall

The water is sort of flooding on the bathroom and there's no curtain on the shower that actually could help reducing the flood

Staff dont want to speak English • Booked a room with kingsize bed, got twin. Went to reception, to ask for another room, instead, they offered to put the two beds together. Complain again, no, all rooms are like this they tell me. Then when i walked angry to the reception, they finally gave the room i booked • Very dark & noisy room • Dirty, stains everywhere, hairs on the bed, floor • Breakfast not included • They contact you via WhatsApp after booking and ask for deposit, if not, the room will be cancelled • Check out 12.00 - They will call you at 11.45 to kick you out

easy to find place to eat, it is really close to ace hardware (helps me a lot to buy camping gears), the hotel room is huge for price 300k. love it so much.

Big room and value for money. Decent breakfast for the money. Great view of the mountains from the breakfast area. Clean hotel and bathroom.

No minibar ,the towels were old and dry. Coffee satchels not stocked up daily.

bubur ketan hitam was delicious, coffee was nice. bathroom was clean. location is extremely convenient for shopping and eating Staff were very helpful, courteous and accomodating.

a la carte menu too limited at cilantro and the one i tried was not delicious at all. bread and croissant is a bit on the dry side.

Connected to a mall with a hypermart. For those Travelling to Jakarta by bus, there's a bus company called xtrans situated right below the hotel. Hotel was clean and tidy. The staffs were really friendly. Special mention to front office staff Fian, who has been really really helpful throughout our stay. A little pity we didn't get to see him during checkout.

A little far off from the main tourists spots. A little quiet at nights.

Comfortable place to stay

The room comfortable enough We dont spent the night here, only meeting and talk some business for a half day but we love this hotel, very quite , clean enough and recomended for thinking and meeting

nothing, maybe someday we can try to spend the night and taste the breakfast.

Good value for money

Love the room and the cleanliness. Appreciate one of the restaurant staff, Gilang, who was very helpful and resources when i complained about the smoking smell.

There's no specific smoking area in the restaurant causing strong cigarette smell in the reataurant and in the room. Thin wall that you can hear the beat of the music from downstairs/ outside.

There is a mall beside the hotel

The room wasnt ready til 3pm, FYI i have even requested for an earlier check-in...really upsets me. And they didnt provide towels til 4pm...not recommanded at all.

Good little hotel with big rooms and decent buffet breakfast. Friendly staff.
